Try burning the flac files directly. I have Nero6 and have installed flac pgm which makes Nero recognize and burn flac files. Google for "flac", you'll end up at sourceforge.net. Then download and install. /ED/Gbg
Nero shouldn't have any problems with burning audio discs, so long as the WAVs are in the correct format to begin with (16bit 44.1KHz). So do ensure you have decoded correctly.
As ErikDee says, you can decode and burn FLAC files in a single operation with Nero. Regardless of how you do it, I would advise creating an image and test it on a virtual drive before committing anything to a physical disc -- at least until you're sure the procedure works 100%.
